Rue Indienne by French General for Moda Fabrics. Inspired by the botanical prints coming out of India in the 18th century, Rue Indienne is filled with rich reds, blues and mustards. The luminosity of the Indian color palette was achieved with reds from the garance plant, blues from indigo, and yellows from gaude. Paisley, botanical and geometric prints are all recurring themes in the Rue Indienne collection.
